Corinne Baaklini is a Legal Consultant practicing in the areas of Corporate and Civil Law, with special emphasis on advising and reviewing complex and sophisticated contracts.

Corinne joined MCL in 2010, and thus, has built up a wealth of experience in advising large corporations on collaboration agreements, drafting sales and purchase agreements and successfully performing due diligence on leading international and Lebanese corporations.
Furthermore, she has extensive experience in advising on and drafting shareholder's agreements as well as advising local and international start-ups embarking on projects in the Middle East.
Corinne is capable of drafting a wide range of legal Agreements, as her accomplished work includes; franchise and distributorship agreements for regional and international companies owning high-end brands, cooperation agreements for a couple of the largest medical centers in Lebanon, shareholders agreements for many companies entering into diverse projects.
